Here is the actual photos of all new Youngman SUV which developed by Proton subsidiary, Lotus Engineering. It looks like Lotus APX concept (picture below) from the side panel and C pillar design though the front portion had been altered. The Lotus APX also known as Proton MSX concept.
Overall looks is not bad. This SUV will make its world premiere at Beijing Auto Show this coming 27th April to 2nd May. The question is what powerplant will be used by this SUV? As model like L5 uses Campro CPS, this SUV might uses Proton latest CFE engine which produce max 205Nm torque at 2000rpm. The torque number churn out from CFE should be enough to haul this SUV at all condition. It also rumours that Proton might rebadge this SUV to be their first SUV under silent project named Iguana. If so, its very interesting to wait and see Proton’s 1st SUV.
