Proton looks gearing up for exporting the Prevé to left hand drive market as early as it can. The left hand drive Prevé varian was spotted on test at Shah Alam by justanothermale blog. Unlike local version, this time it uses chrome tailgate garnish and its clearly stated LH drive above the tail lamp.
LH drive market still important to Proton global expansion for example the car is well accepted in middle east especially in Egypt and Iran. Proton is aiming to export more than 50% of its car produced locally as the local market has become very stiff and saturated.
